We had a play day set up for our two Boston Terriers before our Christmas Holiday stay to have our Bostons get familiar with routine of interaction with large group of mixed varieties of other dogs. It was wonderful. They were there for 8 hours and were ready for bed when they arrived home. Play play play they did. The Staff was nothing short of amazing with all the animals. Obviouse to us how much they love their work. The GM Britney even came out and introduced herself before we left. The inside and outside of building was very clean as well. Highly recommend.
Boarded my 2 year old Doberman Deuce. He seemed to have enjoyed his stay there. I enjoyed receiving daily pictures of him, staff were very friendly. The only thing I disliked is that they charge $12 for extra each potty breaks. His package included two hours of playtime per day morning and evening so those were his potty breaks. My dog pees a lot so I had to pay for extra potty breaks. They should allow dogs to go out and potty more often without an extra charge. I will bring him back since he did well there otherwise. I brought my 2 little mini schnauzers to stay for 4 days for the 1st time, and they loved it! I was able to watch them during their scheduled playtime, and saw how much they enjoyed being with other dogs. I really could tell that they had a great time there when it was time to pick them up and they did not want to leave. I’m glad I found a new home for them when I need to leave out of town, or it’s time for them to just enjoy a little Get away from home.
Wonderful branch with clean areas, friendly & helpful staff! Checking in and checking out is a breeze and definitely will keep using Wag Hotel services for my fur family!
The wag staff was excellent, the cleanliness of the facility excellent. You receive phone calls throughout the day and photos are posted in the Wag app. Wag staff took great care of my baby Bentley and he will be returning.
