Seeing eye to eye with Warby Parker! Stopped in to possibly get some new frames. I live in another state in a small city that doesn’t have a WP location. Staff was very helpful. They did not have my selections (3) in stock so they are shipping them to me at no additional charge! Great experience!

Customer service at Warby Parker is excellent. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. The person at the desk explained the process in scheduling an eye exam and purchasing glasses. My eye exam was scheduled within 20 minutes. The optometrist was caring and gracious in answering all my questions and offered extra education on physiology of the eye. The person who helped me choose glasses was patient and gave me his undivided attention. I highly recommend Warby Parker Central. Many thanks!
