Stopped by because was in the neighborhood. Ended up leaving with an awesome pair of new sunglasses. It’s so refreshing to walk into a retail store when the staff is helpful but not hovering over your shoulders. The sunglasses selection was great.
This review is about the frames themselves not the customer service. People here were kind and helpful, however, after spending +$200 on a frame, I am disappointed that they broke AFTER ONE month. And of course it was conveniently out of their warranty date. The extremely cheaply made glasses (Baird) cracked on the "metal" frame while I cleaned the lens. The lens popped out while I was cleaning them and I noticed a crack on the "metal" part of the frame. AVOID buying frames here, you're paying a premium price for cheap plastic. For that I'll just buy cheap frames that I know won't last.
I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker! The customer service was outstanding—friendly, patient, and truly helpful. The store was clean, stylish, and very welcoming. I never felt rushed, and the staff made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!
Warby was recommended to me by a dear friend. They have become a go-to for me. Great selection of classic, fashionable, and professional frames at a good price. The customer service rep I worked with was very helpful and not overbearing. Right on point! While VSP (my insurance) is out of their network, he recommended (based on his experience) submitting the invoice to leverage my benefits.
First time Warby Parker customer. I’m not comfortable with ordering frames online. Wasn’t sure what width size of frame to choose-so I stopped by at Hayes Valley location in San Francisco. I went there two times before placing my order. Each time the staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the frames and options for the lens. Very happy with my order and the prices. Can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive!
