Hilton and team installed an ASHP at our property, it's been a great addition. The whole process from consultation, to design and delivery has been handled with professionalism. Hilton has patiently worked through the details and my questions during the entire process. We have ended up with a system that just hums (quietly) along. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable partner in your Heat Pump journey
Ntoris came to complete our annual boiler checkup and delivered fantastic service. He was extremely patient and thorough, taking the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. He adjusted the heating settings so that all rooms in the house now warm up properly — something we’ve struggled with for a while! Really professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!
Hilton came on time on 2 occasions and serviced our Vaillant boiler quickly and professionally and successfully tackled some Veissman solar panels and the complexities around the water tank. He worked hard throughout and we felt confident in his abilities. He also has Vaillant and Viessman phone numbers to hand if any queries. Haydon in the office is very attentive and has kept us regularly updated
First time I have used Warm and Cool for my boiler service and I was very impressed. Clear communication and a friendly professional service provided. Hilton was very helpful in explaining using the wi-fi thermostat which I had not fully understood when a previous company had installed my boiler! Thank you, and I will definitely recommend your firm in the future.
Hilton and his team were great and highly recommended. They came across as professional and very knowledgeable. The experience before they came around (booking etc) as well as after was great as well. I never had better experience for boiler service, I am very happy I found them. Keep it up guys!
