I went to the cabot circus Warren James and the service was appalling. There was very rude staff, specifically the girl who ‘served’ me. But she didn’t serve me at all and rudely told me she ‘couldn’t’ serve me (the closing time is 5:30 and it was 5:10) because she needed to go home on time (her words). I said I only wanted one necklace and the necklace was right infront of her, it would’ve taken 2 minutes at most to serve me but she wasted those 2 minutes telling me she needed to go home. I waited 20 minutes in a queue and got told by another staff member that I’d be served as I was already there and in the queue. So yeah, overall terrible and rude service. The person infront of me also got spoken to with a lot of disrespect and snappiness for absolutely no reason at all. I hope the staff there gets more training on how to have basic decency when talking to people .
Waiting times are horrendous. Three people working and they are extremely slow.
Came in for a ring and necklace, the two ladies went above and beyond to help me and my son. They was so professional. I work in retail myself so the service here was outstanding unfortunately did not get their names. They are a credit to the shop. I got a necklace with a letter r and a signet ring with a Eagle on. So I would like to thank them for the amazing job they done. ,
Just felt the need to applaud the service I received recently at Bristol branch. I was served by Joanne & she went above & beyond helping me choose some items to use up a credit note. She was enthusiastic & patient throughout with a constant smile, she is a credit to the store. Will also say other lady that was present was also very nice!!😊
