Little busy when I got there but they took my item and information quickly and promised to have it fixed in 20 minutes. Got there 30 minutes later and it was placed on the counter as I walked up, all repaired. Asked me a couple questions about my item and then I paid the promised price, and left happy. Very friendly and helpful
I needed to get my Seiko watch re sized. It took about 30 minutes due to a client ahead of me. No complaints! Price was reasonable and the rep was pleasant. He had great conversation and was knowledgeable.
I had to change this review from a one star to a four star review after speaking with John the General Manager for Watch Technicians. John explained everything that happened and was very professional. He agreed to refund the Gasket replacements that I did not want done. Good to know there are effective managers in this world.
Parvez and Jason were a great help to me fixing my watches here. I've had 4 watches fixed here and have also had bands replaced. Highly recommend them for any needs you may have. Amazing selection and wonderful customer service!
Gentlemen working at the watch repair desk was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He got me a new battery and resized my band. Since this was my second visit, employee gave me a discount. Would love to come back and have the same guy work on my other two watches. Regards, Happy customer
