I worked with Sarah over several months and she helped me so much. I learned that I could quickly ease my neck pain in just one somatic yoga session. It was shocking, really. The Empowering Women Retreat was an unforgettable experience. The restorative yoga sessions were exactly that: healing and restorative. The property is breathtaking and the tranquility was very satisfying. This was my second retreat with Sarah, the first one being in Italy. Sarah is a very talented instructor and I enjoyed my first retreat so much that I often attend her Mindful Monday remote sessions. I will definitely attend another retreat with Sarah.
I just completed a weekend retreat with Sarah and left empowered and energized and intentional. You can tell so much thought has been put into Sarah‘s retreats and the entire property. Sarah was really able to meet our specific needs regarding problem areas, emotional blocks, and even dietary restrictions. I feel like Sarah has such a vast background that she’s able to connect with everyone and make them feel like home. We had women come from different ages and stages of life and were able to learn so much from each other. I’m looking forward to taking more retreats led by Sarah in the future!
Sarah's Empowerment retreat this weekend was amazing -- the walks in nature, the intentional yoga practices, the chef- prepared food all were memorable. The preparation Sara underwent to to help us learn to focus on life's most things was impressive. I highly recommend Sarah for private yoga therapy, group practice and most specially for her retreats.
