I took two card in the same day due to it being good weather in January. My first tec was TJ and my second Neio both where very professional and friendly 100% recommend this place to anyone who lives in stl city!
The staff is great! The location is kept clean and operating smoothly with the volume of traffic they receive. For an automatic car wash, my vehicle comes out pretty clean most times. There may be a few touch-ups to tackle, but it's fine. I've been a member since 2018, and will continue to be.
The guys here were fantastic and so helpful!! My car wasn’t getting quite as clean as expected and I was able to get back through until my car was clean. So nice of them!!
I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been to other locations before and stopped in just for the basic $9 wash. The place was spotless, the staff was phenomenal, and one manager Jake in particular was just wonderful. He guided me onto the car wash, and helped me through every step of the process. After my car came out with some bugs on it I was reluctant to ask to go through again, but he told me “Miss, it’s no worry at all. I won’t let you leave until your needs are met, and you are 100% satisfied.” This was absolutely the best customer service I have gotten in a long while. Such a charming and courteous young man, with a great staff around him. 10/10!!!
Their wraps left dirt on my car. I expected the wheels to come out better and not just as dirty it was a waste of $25. I highly recommend going somewhere else
