Kayla will always be the goat of waxing! She is always professional, polite, and personable. The appointment is so fast, that by the time we finish catching up she is done. I recommended her 100/10 in any service she offers including waxing and facials!

If I could give WaxingByHer infinity stars I would!!!!! I’ve been coming to Kayla for almost 3 years! My skin has lightened up tremendously… as well as my hair grows back less thick and more fine… Kayla makes sure you are 100% comfortable. The conversations are great. On top of coming to consistently I’ve made a great friend as well!! If you are insecure about your areas.. don’t hesitate to come to her she will leave you completely satisfied! I will continue my services with Kayla! I have even moved 2 hours away from Charlotte and I still make a way to her she’s that good!! Overall 10/10 you won’t be disappointed

I went to Kayla for my first wax, and she ensured it was a great experience in addition to being fast. That was back in 2021, and I've been going to her ever since. The atmosphere is amazing, and she engages in great conversations. She makes you feel comfortable; she's highly professional yet still personable. Book her if you're looking for a fast and excellent wax experience.

I was very nervous for my first brazilian but Kayla did a great job at making me feel comfortable. She was professional and also personable. I’ve been back a couple times and her service is consistently great, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend!
