At first I was a bit sceptical because of all the five-star reviews, but I decided to give it a try and I am really glad I did. Sam was very professional and took the time to explain the process and share helpful tips, which I really appreciated, even though I have waxed before. I was a little nervous at first as it is a basement flat (and its my first time coming without a reference), but the room is clean, well set up, and feels very professional. Sam made me feel comfortable, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Sam is AMAZING!!! The least painful waxed I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting waxed since my pre teens. She’s also so attentive, kind, warm. Will definitely be returning 🩷
It was very nice to meet Sam. She is lovely, very knowledgeable and very professional. She is different than the other saloons. She deeply takes care of the customers the moment they step in the room. It was first time for me and I was impressed with how caring she is, giving lots of information about before and after waxing and how i can better take care of my skin. I did not feel any pain either. Definitely would go back and recommend her to anyone who would like to do a proper wax.
