Just don’t come here . If you do , don’t buy a membership. You need to continue to pay for 30 days (which ends up being two monthly treatments if you cancel after the day you were charged) and then they do not tell you that you need to use your credit within a certain time frame before they take it all. Lost several hundred dollars in credit that I was planning to use for products around the holidays . Go anywhere else . Why would you take away credit , absolutely ridiculous
Whitley was amazing! Her customer service was outstanding, the wax was quick and painless, and the conversation made the whole experience even better. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again. Definitely book with Whitley!
First time doing my Brazilian & buttocks after having done full body lazer treatments over 2 years ago and it was AMAZING ! 🤗💕 Mónica was very sweet , kind , & friendly. She was very detailed and gentle . The wax& hydration mask she used was very soft on my thick coarse hair . I loved it and will definitely be returning ! The time it took went by quick . I was booked for an hr and it only took less than 30 minutes to leave me feeling great and clean !
I had a great experience with Khaleyah at Waxing the City! She made my daughter and I feel comfortable and did an amazing job with the wax services. It was quick and nearly painless. We left feeling smooth and happy. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you!😊
