Cierra was an absolute god-send from start to finish of our wedding! Beginning right after signing our contract, she diligently helped us with so much from very small details to the overall strategic direction. We're so grateful for her support and truly couldn't have had our dream wedding without her. She was so kind, calm, and patient at every step and really gave us dedicated time and attention to ensure everything was well thought through and that everything would be executed well. She has excellent attention to detail and really helped us de-stress as the final weeks became quite busy. She managed so much with all the complexity of bringing in 17+ vendors and made it look easy :) Thank you Cierra and the team for your excellent support and care in bringing our vision to reality - we're SO GRATEFUL for you!!!
Wedding Day Girl was an absolute lifesaver for Michael and Mackenzie’s wedding at The Gatsby Mansion in Austin, Texas! Everything looked breathtaking, and the entire day felt effortless thanks to their hard work. If you’re planning a celebration and need support that pairs beautifully with timeless wedding photography, I highly recommend them!
Cierra from Wedding Day girl is a fairy godmother! My daughter was married this weekend and Cierra executed the most wonderful day for everyone. From handling things in the background to making sure everyone was happy and had what they needed, she worked harder than anyone I have ever seen. My daughter was married in our church and the reception was offsite. Cierra basically managed two events and coordinated both for us. She made everything flawless so that the bride and groom (and her parents, family and friends) could celebrate the occasion. Having worked with Cierra the last several months, we consider her family now- she truly made everything about the process special and handled all those details you don't think about. Even when the baker dropped the cake, she worked with them to get a new cake delivered before anyone found out- she has plans and backup plans for the plans. We love you Cierra!
We worked with Wedding Day Girl for the month-of coordination package, and I can't say enough good things, especially about Ashley, our coordinator. The moment she stepped in, I felt an immediate shift. It was like all the wedding stress I’d been carrying for months just melted away. Ashley handled everything with such skill and calm that my now-husband and I actually found ourselves questioning why we hadn’t hired a full-time planner...that’s how incredible she was. On our wedding day, every detail ran seamlessly. Ashley was completely in control, and because of that, Phil and I got to simply enjoy our day without a care in the world. Our wedding venue (Laguna Gloria) is NOT an easy place to have a wedding - there is a TON of coordination required - and again, Ashley completely handled it. Highly, highly recommend, especially if you want peace of mind and a day that feels effortlessly perfect.
Amina was such a pleasure to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process! She provided helpful guides and tools which helped us organize everything - everything is templated and easy to use and took so much stress of our plates both during planning and on the day-of. She was always a sounding board for ideas or questions and supported every step of the way! The day-of was effortless for me and my husband thanks to Amina’s organization, care and professionalism. At one point during our wedding a vendor did not show but we didn’t even feel worried or stressed because Amina had already come up with backup plans, reassured us, and saved the day! I couldn’t recommend Amina and Wedding Day Girl enough!!
