Before they stepped in, we were overwhelmed by vendor finalizations and timeline details. They truly transformed our experience from stressful planning into pure excitement. Our coordinator, Julia, is a genuine superhero. From the moment we handed over our vendor list, she took control, handling all the final communications, ironing out logistics, and anticipating potential issues before they even arose. She is the reason our final week leading up to the wedding was focused on enjoying our family and friends, not answering emails. On the day itself, her execution was flawless. The entire timeline moved seamlessly. She was everywhere and nowhere—always discreetly solving problems and ensuring everyone, especially us, felt calm.
