Nick has done multiple projects around the house for us, including ceiling fan install, outdoor hose bib replacement, electrical outlet installs, fireplace door install, and crawl space insulation. He is an absolute lifesaver and possesses an incredible depth of information for homeowners interested in knowing more about projects or maintenance. He’s even checked behind work we’ve had done by other contractors (like roofers or HVAC installers) and found additional issues that needed to be addressed. Nick has worked for me on projects at my personal home and my real estate business. He’s very professional, a good value, and knows how to do a lot of things. He most recently helped with some repairs for a client’s home and she was ecstatic with the work.
Nick has now done two projects for us: replaced rotted front porch supports, and repainted the shutters and screened porch supports. Both times, Nick and his crew did great work at a reasonable price. In the first project, we thought the problem was just a rotted support. Nick discovered that the roof over the front stoop had been installed incorrectly, so in addition to replacing the rotted portions with PVC columns, he tied everything in as it should have been done originally.
