Free to access and browse current artwork collection. Lots of large, abstract paintings. Well ventilated, spacious, brightly lit commercial gallery space. Went when it was quiet (in a high footfall area on Pitt Street), mid afternoon on a Monday. Helpful staff on hand for artwork/purchase enquiries. Additional artworks not on display in the conventional sense, but can be viewed from these pull out on wheel panels. Aboriginal style paintings combined with landscapes, portraits, seascapes and cityscapes. Not a vast collection, can be casually browsed in 10-15 minutes so won't take up half your afternoon, and no more than half an hour for those heavily invested.
One of my favorite art galleries to visit when I’m in the area. It helps me recharge my senses and calm down from the noise outdoors. Walking in here gives me the very much needed peace and quiet. Thank you for your warm hospitality see you again.
A beautiful gallery with unique art works of both Australian Contemporary & Aboriginal. We have several pieces from wonderful artists. The Wentworth team is professional from piece selection to them lovingly hanging the artwork to perfection. We recently commenced renting a number of art works in our office a most cost effective means of creating a high value impression to our clients & visitors. Wentworth Gallery is a must visit, whilst their art works are in a class of their own. We highly recommend this prestige gallery.
