I can’t say enough good things about Joven. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and honesty—no rushing, no upselling, just solid, trustworthy work. He was punctual, respectful of my space, and left everything clean and in order. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves. If you’re looking for an exterminator who is reliable, thorough, and truly takes pride in his work, Joven is the person to call. Tony from Western Exterminator is the best! He's always very thorough, and lets me know the status of things (always pest free! Thank you, Tony!) as well as gives both general and seasonal advice to avoid any possible future pest activity.
Ernie is amazing! We’ve had an excellent experience with Ernie. He is always professional, on time, and very thorough with his inspections and treatments. He explains everything clearly and makes sure we understand what’s being done and what to expect.
Elias provides excellent service. He’s reliable, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his work. 🙂
AJ came out on time and was very helpful! He answered all my questions and left me feeling very relieved that my problem is fixable. I thought I was in real trouble but he's gonna make everything right, safe and healthy for my family! Very grateful for this company and especially AJ!
