Gabe is truly one of the best technicians we’ve ever had service our property, period. He’s consistently on time, prepared, and ready to take on any units that need attention. Unlike some techs we’ve had in the past, Gabe puts genuine care into every job he handles. He has proven time and time again that he is both reliable and highly effective. Even when we have last-minute changes, additional units that need treatment, or unexpected issues, Gabe simply rolls up his sleeves and gets the work done without hesitation. You won’t find another tech like him. I hope Western recognizes and appreciates the level of dedication, professionalism, and care that Gabe consistently brings. I manage a 160 unit in San Francisco, and it is imperative that we have weekly pest control inspections/treatment. We have worked with other companies in the past and found them to be inconsistent. Western is easy to communicate with, and always responds to requests quickly. Our current tech Karim is fantastic, he arrives in a good mood and handles difficult tenants with ease. We appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.

He's treats you like family and this was especially appreciated when my dad passed away and helped when transitioning my mom to make sure their home was pest free, especially from mice. Shannon was fantastic. Punctual, professional, and respectful. He even removed his shoes without being asked, which was much appreciated! After assessing the problem, he clearly explained his plan and quickly set traps with confidence. His great communication and customer service give us peace of mind. Highly recommend!
