I had a clogged kitchen sink heading into the weekend so i needed to get it repaired same day. Westland was very professional and courteous over the phone and scheduled me very quickly! Brian was on time, thoroughly explained everything, unclogged my sink and made sure to check everything in the basement as well. He was very professional and cleaned up when he was finished. I highly recommend Westland and Brian as well. Thank you!
Kohler toilet kept running. Problem with in-tank refilling mechanism. Contacted Westland and they said they would dispatch someone to arrive within a few hours. Showed up earlier than expected. Also via email provided ability to track arrival time. Very helpful. Jermaine, the technician was very professional, informative and made the repair quickly after arriving. Making sure to explain everything along the way, tested the repair, then checked for any other potential problems before leaving. From the initial call to the repair, everyone treated me professionally. Very impressed with level of response, service and the technician. Will certainly use them again in the future. They're top notch all the way.

I want to say that the two workers who you sent to install our new Trane furnace and air conditioner were great. They do a fantastic job. Their work was professional. They were very respectful to us and our property. They took great care in not making a mess. They were friendly and informative. They were a true delight to deal with. Thank you very much for sending such a great team to do our installation. I mistakenly deleted my previous post in which I was commenting on how great it was to deal with your salesman, Chris. I did a wonderful job of helping us choose the right furnace and air conditioner for our home. I am so happy that I chose to pick Westland for our heating and air conditioning needs. When the need arises, I will try the for our plumbing needs, as well.
The entire team at Westland were amazing. From my first visit by Christian to the installation by Chad and Ryan, they were kind, professional and a pleasure to work with. They pointed out areas of concern from the previous installation, including the fact that my previous furnace of 22 years wasn’t properly grounded, and made all the necessary repairs. I not only have a new furnace, I have peace of mind knowing my family is safe thanks to their attention to detail and high quality workmanship. Call Westland. (You can thank me later) P.S. loved that they rolled out the red carpet to keep floors clean. They are very respectful and left my home cleaner than when they arrived.
