I found Maru on Facebook while I was searching for a home. I was having a hard time getting qualified and was close to giving up and waiting another year, but Maru and her family never gave up on me or my family. They supported us every step of the way and helped us find the perfect home. She listened to exactly what we were looking for and never wasted time showing us homes that didn’t fit our needs. She guided us through the entire process and worked quickly to make sure we closed just in time before our lease ended. It was a stressful journey at times, but her support and encouragement made everything feel much easier. I am truly grateful for her dedication and hard work. I would 100% recommend Maru and her family to anyone looking to buy a home.
My brother is in declining health and I needed to sell his house. The house was small, in a mess and I was trying to sell it just as the housing market was in decline. I needed a comprehensive solution and Eddie delivered. The house is sold and my brother and I have been relieved of a huge task. Eddie took care of everything and worked closely with me to get the house in shape and sold. I couldn't be happier with this real estate company.
Working with Eddie from Westshore Realty started off with a lot of promise. He came across as knowledgeable, confident, and full of ideas. I truly thought he had our best interest in mind. But once the work on the house began, everything changed. He found us a property that was supposed to be an “easy flip” - update it, sell it, and everyone involved makes a solid profit. Instead, it’s been nothing but delays, excuses, and disappointment. The remodel was poorly done, timelines were ignored, and the quality just wasn’t there. Even our lender didn’t seem comfortable dealing with him, which says a lot. We were overcharged for upgrades that didn’t add real value, and every issue came with another excuse. It became clear that the only person benefitting from this deal was Eddie himself. What’s frustrating is that he somehow has glowing 5-star reviews online. I honestly don’t understand how. Maybe those people didn’t get far enough into the process to see what really happens once he has your business. He’s smart and knows how to talk, but he’s not looking out for you. After seeing how our project turned out, I can’t help but wonder if the homes he showcases as his own work even are. I’m writing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did. It was a costly lesson for me and my team, but one we won’t forget. If you’re considering working with him, don’t. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Find someone who truly delivers what they promise.
I can't say enough good things about Antonio ! He truly cared about finding the right home for me and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He listened to what I wanted, stayed patient through the ups and downs, and celebrated with me when we found the perfect place. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable Antonio is the one to call!
