Excellent service and very professional staff. The physiotherapists are highly skilled and I noticed a clear improvement after the first few sessions. The clinic is clean, well organized, and appointments are well managed. I highly recommend this clinic!
Today was my first appointment with Heather (Sunghee Jee) at Westside Physiotherapy. A positive experience. She was detail oriented, took time to explain what she was looking at, laid out clearly the plan and the reasons behind her suggestions in a way that was easy to follow. Style is relaxed but thorough, and feedback balanced and thoughtful.
Sabina definitely took the time to get to know my issues asking me all the important questions while keeping us on track to be able to get to some hand physiotherapy. She was very intentional and able to address all my problems even diagnosing me in our first session coming up with a treatment plan that I agreed to. I highly recommend using Sabina if you have any issues she might address.
A truly incredible experience from start to finish! Veronica was patient and went above and beyond to help arrange an appointment. Shirley was kind and very knowledgeable as she explained everything when helping my daughter with her broken hand. Daniela’s assistance with extended health and ensuring all was taken care of was greatly appreciated as well. The new office is beautiful, well located with easy to find parking and outfitted for an extensive offering of services. Thank you very much for everything!!!
I got referred by my family doctor to go here for my thumb injury and I’m glad I did. Ashley is my Physio and I appreciate how thorough she is on my assessment and treatment interventions. My case looks simple but really is complicated and she explained it to me very well. The home exercises she prescribed were also helpful. Thank you Westside Physio! Would highly recommend this if you have hand injuries. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
