We just wanted to convey to the Wexler Realty group that they have a true professional in Betsey Barakos. we spoke with Betsey in early September. We hadn’t even sold our house yet, but she was already Setting the groundwork researching different areas and listening to every word that was said. what our likes and dislikes were what we were looking for in a house, location, location, location and pricing was also a factor with that said it was a process with selling our house and and moving all our belongings into storage then flying to Arizona all the way from Maine, she had a game plan and set up several showings of houses that she felt would be of great interest in one day We found the house that we loved, great price point and we felt Betsey was in our corner every step of the way from helping us find the location, vigorous negotiations and always helping us if we had questions which were several in making it so much easier. We were able to close the deal and get a beautiful home in a beautiful location at a great price with several incentives included and much of it was due to Betsey‘s Aggressive negotiations and checking the comps on recent sales of homes in the area. She was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had in signing contracts. Questions about the HOA, inspection, walk-through, title, etc. She was always there without hesitation. Even as I write this, she reached out this morning to let us know she had picked up our keys and had everything ready to go so when we finally arrive there on November 16th, which we will be moving cross country, she let us know if we needed anything else She was just a phone call away. Kudos to The Wexler Realty group for having such a great agent and a Big Thank You to Betsey for making it such an easy process in which we closed the deal in seven days which I feel is quite impressive. We are so excited to start our new life in Maricopa, Arizona!!!!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to James Wexler. Simply put, he’s an amazing dude and an even better real estate agent. He has a calm, confident energy and knows the market inside and out, but more importantly, he knows how to treat people—with integrity, patience, and respect. If you’re looking for someone who’s not just great at what they do, but also just a genuinely solid human being, look no further. Highly recommend James Wexler or anyone on his team—you won’t find better agents anywhere else!.
Worked with Mikaelah on the purchase of our first rental property and first property in Arizona. Best real estate experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought and sold 4 houses in my life and Mikaelah was incomparably better than anyone I’ve ever seen. Spent multiple hours helping us line up inspectors and get contractors in the home when we were not even in the state. Answered all of our questions and got us info we didn’t even know was available. Was able to get us the home almost $100k under list. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a property. Can’t imagine finding someone better.
