We love our What a Room couch. We'd looked at a lot of furniture stores without finding exactly what we wanted. The guys there helped us pick the perfect couch for us. It has the right seat depth and height for us. We have a large room and were looking for the right size. We gave them measurements of our room and they drew a sketch and helped us pick the right size and helped us place it perfectly for watching TV and entertaining. There was a wide range of fabric choices. We couldn't be happier.
After searching for a long time and visiting numerous furniture stores, we were beginning to think we'd never find a couch that met our very specific requirements… until we stumbled upon What a Room. What truly sets them apart is the incredible customizability of their couches. We were able to tailor the design perfectly to fit our space and needs. Wifey and I were looking for a couch for our first place together and what a room had exactly what we were looking for! We ordered the Daphne Sophie chaise sofa and Danny walked us through every step of the customization process. We were able to pick the exact dimensions, cushions, fabric and even the style of legs for our piece. Danny was extremely helpful in helping us better understand what we were looking for in a couch, from future wear on the couch as life happens and even foam density which I didn’t know was a thing. Delivery and setup was a breeze! Extremely friendly staff. Looking forward to buying another piece from them again. Couch was extremely comfortable and cozy. Wifey was very happy!
I have had this sofa for a few years and finally found time to write a review. I first came here through a friend’s recommendation and was amazed by the customization service. You can show them the style you want, even from high end brands, and they will make a sofa almost identical at a much more affordable price. After three to four years of use, my sofa is still in great condition. Highly recommend.
We ordered a customized Daphne Deep Chaise Sofa with white glove delivery service. The delivery company, Metropolitan Delivery Warehouse, dropped the ball and canceled our scheduled delivery last minute after reassuring us multiple times they were on their way. We wasted an entire day waiting for a sofa that never arrived. Thankfully, Gordon from What A Room stepped in right away. He was super responsive, kept us updated, and got the sofa delivered the very next day! He even offered compensation for the hassle. We couldn’t be happier with both the sofa and the customer service. We now recommend What A Room to anyone looking for new furniture because of how great Gordon treated us. We love our couch and truly appreciate how he handled everything. Would definitely order from What A Room again!
