Just a horrible customer service experience. You have to order through a screen, which takes forever, making the line impossibly slow. After we finally received our food, we asked for extra napkins, since none available anywhere in sight, and the lady rudely said she was only allowed to give us two extras. Having a 3yo and 5yo, we need napkins unless you want us to leave the place looking like a food war occurred. Just overly dissatisfied with my experience. Would not return.
This sandwich shop has terrible service. They don't accept cash; you have to order by card. The waitresses basically ignore you. They only care whether you've placed an order. No service was provided to you. I won't order here next time. The food I made tasted terrible.
Jamie out front and Manuelo and Barbara making the sandwiches all had great customer service. The food court was closed and I was attending San Japan at the convention center so it was really busy, but the food came out really fast. No complaints.
Bad service and useless manager. Went here at 2:30pm. After waiting 15 min for 1 cold sandwich I went to check on order. There was mass confusion as to which number was our order. Each employer told me a different number. Ultimately they cancelled my order. 20 minutes wasted. Skip this useless chain go around the corner to the taco shop. Fast clean and friendly service 1/2 the price.
The restaurant is located inside the mall near the other restaurants. Ordered the steak sandwich was really good. Had plenty. of beef and whatever toppings and sauces you would like on there. Also tried the chicken sandwich was really.good too. Plenty of choices for toppings and sauces so you can customize it however you would like which is good for picky eaters lol. Ordering the food was easy since you just use the screen to make your selections.
