Kevin took great care of me today! My AAA discount wasn’t working in their system. And he gave me two $3 coupons. He also helped dry off the hood of my car. And applied more tire shining spray. I love this place because of the customer service, it’s not too busy which makes it easier for me to access vacuums. Also my favorite part is the mat cleaner machine!! Washes and dries. :). See ya next time. :)
Great car wash! The staff are absolutely amazing and super helpful, rarely see customer service this good! Props to Orion for checking up on me after i went through the wash and cleaning my rubber floor mats for me! Will definitely be returning for a membership!
if I could give it more than five stars, I would. Kevin and his team are doing a phenomenal job. Everything was stocked the car wash. Got my car very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Customer service was outstanding, clean facility. I’ll definitely be back.
I paid $30 for their most expensive package (Diamond Plus), and I ended up with my roof drip molding broken. The damaged rubber was smashed into my car during the wash and could have caused even more damage to the paint. The pictures clearly show the quality of their wash.
My experience from start to finish at Whistle Express was exceptional! Steven and the entire team provided excellent customer service. He welcomed me as soon as I pulled up to vacuum out my car. He grabbed my mats to clean them, which isn't customary at the other car washes. They made sure my tires were shined to my satisfaction and even offered to run it back thru if I wasn't satisfied. I also like how Whistle provides towels, glass cleaner, and all purpose interior cleaner at no additional charge. I love the tiny blower that gets in all nooks and crevices. Needless to say I'll be back!
