My furnace stopped work and White Heating came out within a few hours. Service person was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. The repair was quickly made. Very pleased!
I had a great experience with this company when troubleshooting a furnace issue. Even though they weren’t ultimately the ones who performed the repair, their team took the time to look up my furnace make, model, and warranty information and clearly explain my options. Jennifer was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and it was obvious they genuinely care about doing right by the customer rather than just rushing into a service call. I really appreciated the honesty and the time they spent helping me understand the situation. Highly recommend based on customer service alone.
I’m really happy with the service I received from White heating. A furnace turned off overnight on one of the coldest days of the year. I called them early in the morning and they told me they were able to get a tech to me between 11-12. A tech called around 9 and said he could be there by 9:30am, which was a great relief because it was about 55° at my house. Shawn showed up right on time and worked hard to figure out what was the most probable cause of the issue. He fixed it right up and I was even able to use tap to pay, which I prefer. Shawn had excellent communication and was even able to explain a couple other things to me and told me some things to look out for. I’ll definitely be using White Heating for any maintenance moving forward.
This company is amazing! Came out on the same day and everything. Tom is awesome! Highly recommend him as the technician. Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He had my furnace back up and running in such a timely manner. I was really impressed with his skills! Definitely will use this company in the future and will be requesting Tom!
I had a great experience working with White Heating when my furnace needed to be replaced. Gary was extremely helpful during my estimate and the cost was very reasonable. Hunter and Dan were friendly and answered all of my questions during the install. The whole process was quick and organized. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier.
