I went into this store, in person, looked at a book, and ordered a bouquet for a funeral of a family member. I chose the picture of the bouquet on the left and specifically asked for blue and white flowers because the deceased was a Dallas Cowboys fan. Apparently, they thought I could be fooled with massive amounts of blue ribbon. As well the vase I chose (silver because they were out of blue vases) was not was delivered. I was embarrassed by their end product! I was entrusted by others in my family to choose a nice memory bouquet from us all! I am posting because I felt that others, especially out -of -towners such as myself who would not be there when delivered, could not trust the shop to deliver what was ordered. Shame on whomever did this arrangement! This was for a funeral of a beloved family member! Update: I spoke to the owner and explained why I was upset and she understood and did adjust the final price to be more in line with what I would have expected it was worth. I am updating the rating. This shop also has nice gift items if you are in Bakersfield.
My husband and I just celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary. My husband had a beautiful bouquet delivered with the same type of flowers that were in my wedding bouquet. Stargazers, pink carnations and white roses. Love the beautiful thought behind this. The staff at White Oak Florist did a wonderful job and delivered in a timely manner! Thank you for all the years of always coming through for us.
Ordered the pitcher full of cheer last night around 11pm and they were delivered with no issue around lunchtime today. I called the shop this morning to confirm and the lady on the phone was so nice! Flowers are even prettier than the website picture. Will use again!
I wanted to send my bestie flowers and I took a risk and found this flower shop. They did an amazing job on the timeliness of delivery and the bouquet itself is beautiful. I definitely will recommend and will be a returning customer.
They went above and beyond. I called three time worried they wouldn’t arrive on time. They were super polite every time I called. I knew I was a bother, but they never even hinted I was a problem. Needless to say, flowers arrived early and better than the pictures on the website. Definitely going to come back here. Thank you.
