I started seeing Rachel for a sugar wax a year and half ago. I see her once a month and let me tell you she’s the BEST! I was so nervous my first time but she put my nerves to ease and made me feel totally comfortable! She’s professional, fast, and I swear somehow makes it not painful! AND To top it off she’s just the sweetest… I’m grateful to have gained a friend! I would 10 out 10 recommend you go see her!!!
After moving into town couple years ago, I had really been struggling trying to find someone and a place I felt comfortable with. I kept looking and researching and I came across White Sage online and read up on the reviews. There are so many good things being talked about this little place that it gave me the confidence to book. I booked with Rachel My experience was beyond my every expectation. From how comforting and warm the environment is to Rachel’s professionalism. She is so sweet and personable and caring above all. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I have found “my girl”. Finally!
I had such an amazing experience at White Sage! Rachel did my lips and brows, and I am so impressed with her work. She is incredibly talented, professional, and detail-oriented — my results look absolutely perfect! The whole establishment has such a relaxing and welcoming vibe, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. I can’t recommend Rachel and White Sage enough. She did such a great job — I’ll definitely be coming back!
Wow, where do I even begin? Not exaggerating — Rachel has completely healed my experience with waxing. After two awful Brazilian waxes at another company, I was ready to give up on waxing forever. Then I stumbled upon White Sage and booked with Rachel… and everything changed. Rachel is simply the best. An absolute angel. The most amazing human and a true professional at her craft. She’s not only the best waxer I’ve ever (and will ever) come across, but also one of the most genuine and wonderful people I’ve met. She creates such a magnetic, welcoming space that radiates instant ease. Waxing can feel so intimidating — anxiety, self-consciousness, nervousness — but the second I met Rachel, all of that melted away. She’s joyous, warm, and makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend rather than going through an intimate service. Your comfort is her top priority, and it is felt in every interaction. Rachel is gentle, thorough, and so considerate. She checks in constantly, makes sure you’re breathing, and encourages breaks if you need them. She answers every question, genuinely listens, and somehow turns an experience that used to terrify me into something I now look forward to. I leave every appointment smiling and dancing to my car, feeling gorgeous and fabulous. How special!! White Sage is beyond lucky to have her. Because of Rachel, I’ve done a complete 180 on waxing — I went from “never again” to “I can’t wait for my next appointment and to see my girl!” She is one in a trillion, and I won’t go anywhere else. Rachel is truly a gift! The magic human & waxer!
Came here on a Monday evening. I was traveling in from out of town and arriving a little late in the day so I'm glad this place was open and hour later than most other places. Even though I arrived with less than 30 minutes before closing I never felt rushed at all. This was my first time doing sugar, I usually just hard wax. Audrey was excellent! Gentle, quick, and efficient. She talked to me the entire time which helped the time pass quickly. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again!
