We visited Whittard of Chelsea on Regent Street during Christmas week, and although the store was very busy, the service was still excellent. The staff were welcoming and even offered samples of their tea right at the entrance, which was a lovely touch. At the till, they asked if the purchase was a gift so they could package it beautifully. Whittard products are very presentable and make perfect gifts for special occasions. I’ll definitely be coming back and choosing Whittard again whenever I’m looking for a fancy and thoughtful present.
first timer here, but i received an incredibly lovely gesture and service from the staff here. i loved how they also promoted their samples, and those samples ARE SUPER GREAT! I can't stop myself from telling the other customers to try the samples haha! i remember staff named Michelle - her service was super great masyaAllah! she recommended me with the goood coffee + hot chocolate range & guided me for member registration, which, why not?? i will definitely obviously come back again here one day & hopefully will meet her again! thank you Michelle, keep it up! also, thank you whittard chelsea for your gooooood variety range of products ❤️❤️❤️
I asked about several types of tea and hot chocolates, and Yuki patiently answered all my questions! She offered me several hot chocolates to try, which left an impression on me, so I came back the next day to buy more for my friends.

They offer tea samples, which is a nice way to try before you buy. The staff were really knowledgeable and helpful, giving advice on how to brew the teas and sharing details about the different flavors. They also have a lovely selection of teapots, cups, and accessories, making it a good place to pick up gifts or something special for yourself. It was a bit busy when I went, and with so many options, it was tough to decide. I ended up getting some powdered tea, which was decent. it’s a charming spot worth checking out, especially if you enjoy tea or want to explore a place with some tradition behind it.
There is a haven for tea lovers, offering a delightful array of teas and accessories. While exploring their offerings, I found a set of teabags that weren't prepared in the Covent Garden shop, which was a minor disappointment. Nonetheless, the shop's ambiance and selection remain captivating.
