From start to finish I was pleased with literally everyone I was in contact with from appointment setter Katie, Kyle roof assessor, John operation manager, Tray production manager, Ricky job superviser, & the roofing crew. They did fantastic job, were always available if needed & answered any & all of my questions/concerns!! Very positive experience!!! Replaced entire roof, have peace of mind now⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently had service dept come out because I noticed gap in skylight, I met Greg & Dale who came out & determined it was the built in shade of skylight that just needed to be adjusted! They were prompt, pleasant, fixed the issue & checked entire roof inside in attic & outside to make sure all was well with the installation! Gave me peace of mind, confidence & above all else, great customer service like all other depts in this company have done!! Well done!👍🏻👏👏👏👏
The process was easy. I didn't feel pressured to commit to using Wholesale Roofers but was happy with my decision to use them to replace my roof. It was completed in a day and I didn't need to take time off to be home for them to complete the job. I came home and there was no mess left and a new roof that Iam thankful for everytime it rains.
Team arrived on time and worked diligently and finished in one day. I had a positive experience from the beginning with the Product Specialist Zack Reddick, on-site supervisor and crew and communication from the Opration Manager. My roof is a perfect match to the color of my house. The plus is the great clean-up after the job was done. Great Job!
Experience was great from estimates/sales pitch from Kyle. Pricing was within budget, but also don’t like their payment system through Regions bank. I’ve emailed wholesale about the invoice but no reply unless I used an email that does not work. Some issues are with the contractors/subcontractors that worked on the roof, they did a poor job cleaning up around the property especially on the neighbors side. I picked up a lot of roofing nails on my yard and shingle pieces. The retractable skylights are a plus, just note that roofers don’t do interior trim around the skylight areas. Roofers also left a dead cable/wire on the roof that I had to cut, I was not given any notice about it until after they were done. Parts of the roof weren’t settled in, contractor said it would take a couple of weeks?
We are thoroughly happy with our new roof. The team knocked it out in one day & it looks fantastic. They went the extra mile to paint the drain vents to match the shingles, & to clean up all loose debris. Ray sold us our roof and he was excellent. We highly recommend this company!
