The highest form of recognition in my opinion is to call someone “My …” and I consider Williams Jewelers “My Jeweler”. From sourcing precious stones to servicing watches to creating new settings for pieces that needed freshening up, Bruce and the team provide next level guidance and service. In this age, it’s rare to walk into a store and everyone knows you by name. Williams Jewelers is that kind of place and why I happily recommend them as “My Jeweler”.

My boyfriend and I came in today to ask about a tennis bracelet being resized that he gave me as a Christmas gift from a different jeweler. The woman helping us made an extremely rude and unnecessary comment about the extra stones being “worthless because they’re lab grown”. I understand if the store only sells natural diamonds, but maybe get a lesson in customer service about not calling a gift worthless. I was taken aback by how unprofessional and rude the comment was when she could’ve simply said she wasn’t sure and they’d give them back to us.
Williams Jewelers is an intimate setting in which they don’t have so much inventory that you are overwhelmed. You feel like they have really curated the best of what they want to offer and they have so much experience that they can guide you to what might interest you They also do not hard sell you. There are many times when I’ve come in just looked around and left and I’ve never felt that they were annoyed. In short great staff great merchandise on the expensive side because they sell gold and diamonds also Used watches that are very nice and some of them are a relative bargain!!
