I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Winstead. They did excellent work on my daughter’s Genesis Coupe , the repairs were flawless. What really impressed me was how they handled everything with the insurance company on my behalf. That took a huge weight off my shoulders and made the whole process stress-free. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend Winstead to anyone who needs excellent body work and great customer service
Took a work van that needed a new bumper. Everyone was incredible. Communication was perfect. Work looks great and done in a timely manner. They made the process so easy. I’ll recommend to everyone.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! 6th time using this shop. New owners now I think. We used to be Fort Worth paint and body customers and were referred here after 20 years. Staff was rude and extremely arrogant. Truck looks good but they purchased and installed a bumper they were instructed multiple times to leave off. Arrogant Hispanic gentleman said he couldn’t have made that mistake. It would have been impossible he said. I wouldn’t have asked for a refund but the arrogance and horrible customer service was enough to loose my families buisness here for good. (We had a 20 year relationship with a body shop previously we are car people I own a shop in white settlement and 4 cars) They couldn’t fix the diff differential and didn’t even get an adjustment for the differential repair either. Oil pouring from diff as we leave. After paying he revealed he didn’t talk to me on the phone for to make the appointment and he’s not sure who did or if they even work here anymore. Service has gone down the drain. Lady at the Front desk appears to be on heroine she is almost constantly falling asleep. Update: alignment is horrible as well.
I am a business owner and run a fleet of vans and trucks. We have used Winstead several times over the years. So when my personal truck was in a wreck, that's where i went. Big thank you to Winstead Paint and Body for the awesome repair work.
Winstead Paint and Body did an excellent job for me. My 2010 4Runner had a fender bender, and after they worked their magic, it looks brand new again. They not only fixed my car perfectly, but they also allowed me to replace the old headlights with brand-new Alpharex ones. Both the interior and exterior of my car were meticulously cleaned, making it feel like new. In addition, their costs were fair, and Janettie’s responses were always timely and informative. Winstead Paint and Body provides excellent service and is a great value.
