My first experience with Dazzle Dry was not a good one. The polish started bubbling as it was drying. By the time I got home, there were tiny bubbles—no smudges, just bubbles. I did not expect that, plus it is upsetting to pay nearly $200 for a service and it not be perfect. I am really disappointed.
My experience at Woodhouse Spa was such a delight. I was greeted with such kindness by Aliyah at the front desk while she checked me in and took me to the back so I could start getting ready. I am so thrilled I listened to the reviews I read about Cassandra and requested her for my first luxury spa experience at Woodhouse Spa. Cassandra's energy was incredible from the moment I met her. She led me through a beautiful calming and rejuvenated healing journey that my mind, body and soul so desperately craved. She listened to what my body needed with such professionalism and warmth. I could sense the dedication and care that she puts towards her craft. I was transported to a serene paradise that I wanted to last forever. She ended my session with beautiful affirmations that paralleled so wonderfully with the ones I was saying in my head during my massage. The serenity carried with me throughout the rest of the day and is still lingering at the moment. Truly a wonderful experience! It was a lovely way to spend my 30th birthday. She has a new loyal client. Thank you Cassandra for your expertise.
What a wonderful way to relax and celebrate my birthday. I had never visited Woodhouse Spa before, but I will definitely be returning. The lovely young woman who checked me in immediately wished me a happy birthday and offered a refreshing drink. She then escorted me to the changing room and provided a robe and slippers. The relaxation lounge was soothing, and I was warmly greeted by Celia, who even sang “Happy Birthday” to me. She gave me the most amazing facial—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. Throughout the 50-minute treatment, she explained what she was doing and helped me understand my skin and how to care for it. This visit was a splurge, but it was absolutely worth it. They’ve gained a new loyal customer, and I can’t wait to make this an annual birthday tradition!
The phone call to schedule was a bit odd. Was she new? Once I checked in, I was escorted to the VIP room for a drink. I chose cucumber lemon water. It was a beautiful room, nice, quiet, relaxing. My eye brow wax and tint went great! And the table I laid in for my service was soooo comfy! The aenestician mixed my custom color. Everything was wonderful!
I’ve been to alot of spas!! This one was really good!! I have to give it 4 stars for 2 things. I was not impressed that my 50 minute WH foot treatment was only 30 minutes it seemed rushed. Even if I did not want polish I expected a more thorough massage the foot massage was not deep at all. She was just touching my legs it felt like lol.. next thing is the non private waiting room for spending 530$ I would expect more privacy in a robe. A couple came in and was talking loudly and rude about The “none binary” box on the before massage paperwork. Rude and just no privacy. Other then that Cassandra was amazing at massaging and used some deep massage techniques using her elbows and more it was amazing. I also had a soak with was great along with a dry brush scrub with her all was great she also gave me a dry brush to take home. Sarah finished me off with my facial and it was so amazing . Cherry on top it had me forgetting about my disappointing foot rub.
