Danny is amazing. Offered a pop for my daughter and gave her a ball too when I asked. He was so willing to help. He came around twice to make sure I was good. Five star customer service. Please keep people like him on your team. He is a valuable asset.
Brandon was absolutely fantastic. I could not believe the excellent service that I received after Christmas. My car really needed a cleaning and I’m a member here at Woody’s and the car washes are very good when you go through but the Customer Service is the reason I come people like him, make my day, happier and easier, and I just felt so spoiled and appreciated. Yes, when I came through the car wash, I was wondering, what do I do because I’m not used to vacuum my own car he came up just seemingly out of nowhere and was there to assist me and he started working right beside me as if it was both of our cars. He worked on it as if it was his very own car and my car has some silver that’s a special kind of paint and he made sure that it looks spotless. I feel like instead of going to Woody’s. It looks like I had my car detailed at the Lexus dealership. It looks like it’s almost been waxed with the job that he did. He spent so long, meticulously, scrubbing and scrubbing and scrubbing I will not go anywhere else not after the kind of treatment that I had there’s so many places where you feel that you don’t get your expectations Met, but with Brandon, I felt he went above and beyond my arm expectations to where I can leave and feel special now when I go in my car, it almost feels like my car is brand new. I could not have asked for a better person to help me to do what I was doing with my car. Some people may think oh this is just a car service. It’s just a car wash, but in the hard times like the world has been these days having something that makes you happy really can get you through the day and sometimes even the week and trying to make you forget the worries of the world. I’m leaving a very happy happy happy and satisfied customer. I would say that Brandon is their number one person here and if you come through, make sure you look for him I hope you get the chance to come and enjoy the kind of service that I did happy new year.
Woody's Skyway has been consistent in quality and service and today we had the pleasure of meeting Destiny for the first time. I saw her tending to the customer next to us then she came over to ask if we needed assistance in cheerful and genuine manner. She gave me her card so here I am giving props to Destiny as she made our visit all the more pleasant. As members, we are at Woody's regularly and attentive to seeing how associates interact with customers. Great customer service is where it's at!
ELLIOT offered great service with a smile after we drove right through with our membership Deal. Free super strong vacuums, great mat cleaning station, 2 different cleaning products, damp high quality cleaning cloths and free air in addition to drive thru car wash. Excellent cleaning. Kids love this!! Van accessible spaces in vacuum and mat cleaning area. Great job ELLIOT. And we snagged a free medium beach ball.
Ehh, took pictures 30 seconds after I got out. Crap on all the windows, water drips on the panels. For $14 most other washes seem to be better and filter their water better. I'm going to go to another this morning and pay again to have all my windows actually clean. Don't want to look through water spots and smudges. Added more photos when I parked, it really is comical how bad this wash was.
