Relatively tidy store with apathetic staff. Perfect for introverts because no one working there will bother with you. What may be a problem is they also don't want you to bother them.
I really debated leaving a review but I was really disappointed in the customer service. All the workers were talking at the front which is fine, I don't care but when I asked a question they seemed reluctant to help. I asked to check out and the women ringing me up continued talking to her coworkers while with me. She didn't look me in the face at all, was typing on her phone and only talked to me in like one word sentences. I honestly though about not buying anything at all because they clearly don't want any customers to bother them. I totally understand taking a second to catch up with your coworkers or quickly respond to a text but I don't think it should be to the point that your customers feel like burdens. As a customer service worker myself, I'd want to know if this was the service my clients received.
Beautiful store with gorgeous and whimsical items! It reminds me a lot of Pier 1. The spring/Easter items were especially adorable! We were visiting from out of town and needed to take a plane home, so I took pictures of what I wanted to purchase and ordered those items online when I got back home. I did pick up some food items to try while in the store! They have a wide selection of gourmet foods, and the items we tried were delicious! The staff was professional and helpful, and I only waited a few minutes to check out, even though the store was busy and there was a line! Fantastic store! I wish we had one near where we live!
November 2024 World Market is a place where if you enter will leave with something. The store is always fully stocked but have to show up early for seasonal items where they go fast. The staff is very friendly and if you have a rewards account remember to print out your reward before shopping here. I found a lot of good holiday items for myself and for Christmas gifts. It's fun to browse merchandise from other places outside the country and give them a try. This location does have Tesla Superchargers and another big charger system from another company.
Amazing to walk through the store and discover things from various countries. Quite big and has a plethora of choices ranging from furniture to crockery, rugs, wines, lamp shades and even hats. Staff is helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy.
