Here's a scathing review you can use: --- I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Mihwa Kim, OD, and their optometry service. I ordered a pair of glasses through them, and from the start, there were constant sketchy upsells. They pushed unnecessary add-ons and made me feel like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every step. But the real issue? The glasses I received **broke in less than 30 days.** When I went back to get them replaced, they made it sound like I was lucky to get a "one-time replacement warranty"—as if they weren’t responsible for selling a shoddy product in the first place. Even worse, they outright **admitted that the glasses they sell are cheap and susceptible to breaking.** If they know this, why are they still selling them? To top it all off, they actually had the audacity to charge me a **shipping fee** for the replacement. That’s right—I had to **pay extra** to fix an issue caused by their low-quality product. Instead of standing by what they sell, they find every way possible to squeeze more money out of their customers. This business is **inaccessible, untrustworthy, and does not provide good customer service.** Avoid at all costs unless you want to deal with **overpriced, fragile glasses and a team that refuses to take accountability.**
Had an afternoon appointment with Dr. Kim last month in April. Dr. Kim addressed my concerns, & felt very comfortable with the eye exam. I needed new glasses, she told me two weeks for my glasses. Got my new glasses in a week. Love them! Thank you! Dr. Kim & staff!!
Dr. Kim was amazing! She made me feel welcome and at ease. She saw me 10 minutes early and I was in and out in less 20 minutes. She addressed all my concerns and was very friendly and nice to speak to. I also appreciated the dog in the office as it makes me fell very calm. Can't wait to pick up my glasses!
