I visit Las Vegas every year, and this was the first time I've been involved in a hit-and-run accident. I found this repair shop through ChatGPT, and it turned out to be incredibly fortunate. Following the advice of the police and my lawyer, I plan to have the car fully repaired, but thanks to Jimmy's excellent skills and professionalism, the temporary repairs were completed perfectly. The full repair will take some time, but I will definitely have it done here once everything is finalized. This is a top-notch auto repair shop that provides the highest level of skill and service. This place is great. They went above and beyond to help me. I came in at the end of their business day last minute, and instead of turning me away, They ended up helping me on the spot even staying open after hours. I was really worried that the damage on my car was going to be a big issue, but they knew right away how to fix it and I didn’t even have to come back another day. Will be coming back here for future repairs. Highly recommend.
This post is for Hector, Dave, Jimmy and their entire team at Wreck Center. My car was stolen out of my apartment complex. 2 months later my car was found. When I saw the damage I was sick to my stomach. My door handle was pulled off. There were 2 scratches on the door and rear fender. My ignition column was completely ripped open. I originally took it to Hyundai to be fixed and they did a terrible job. I was so frustrated and decided to stop by Hector’s shop to see if they could help. I am so glad I did! They fixed my car and made it look AMAZING! Not only is their work great, but they are all kind and very knowledgeable. I expressed how much my car means to me and they assured me that they would take good care of it. Dave kept in contact with me almost everyday to let me know what steps they were on, which made the process less stressful. Dave also helped my husband and I fix his car handle that was broken off in an attempted theft. So, if you're like me, and just want to find a place that is going to take care of your car, listen to your concerns and do it all in a professional manner, WRECK CENTER is your place! I can’t say enough about the service received here. Hector, Dave and the team were absolutely amazing. I took my car (Bentley Bentayga) to 3 different shops and left completely disappointed at the lack of knowledge or care, so to speak. This was an out of pocket repair, so Hector made sure to tell me everything up front. Dave was absolutely awesome to work with as well, both true stand up guys. The car had a wrap on it initially and we decided to remove it. Upon removing the wrap, some of the clear coat came off with it as well. It looked horrendous. We also had a mirror that needed to be replaced. After the team was done, the paint came out PHENOMENAL. Other shops said, “it won’t match perfectly and will be noticeable”. With as expensive as this truck is, I could not risk that lack of confidence. Hector assured me it would match however, of course I had my skepticism but it came out absolutely flawless. Again, I couldn’t be happier with the experience here. I also love that this is a family run business yet they are very business savvy and oriented (but not corporate) just makes you feel at home, welcomed and at ease. Just overall great!
I cannot say enough great things about Wreck Center. The professionalism, the craftsmanship, the understanding of the customers needs go far and above what I would think a typical shop displays. Everyone there are true professionals. They took the time to listen to my needs and work with me on my budget as well as my timeline. By the time my car was completed I felt like I had an extended family. Thank you Hector and your entire team for everything you did for me.
