I'm excited to be returning to this class. I benefited so much from my first 6-week course. This beginners class is ideal for those who need a gentle flow. It builds week by week, until you have learnt a lot of poses. Anthea is an excellent, experienced and very friendly teacher and I highly recommend this course.
