We cannot thank Lyndal, Axel, and Elisabeth G. enough for the incredible experience they gave us on our wedding day. Lyndal’s eye for detail and creativity truly blew us away — every photo felt natural, romantic, and full of emotion. Axel captured the day so beautifully, making us feel comfortable while filming all the little moments we never want to forget. And a special mention to Elisabeth G., who was so lovely and organized from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you for going above and beyond. This review is NOT directed towards our videographer. She was amazing!!! On time, professional and brought great vibes to keep us calm through the day. We had such an amazing experience with her. She took stunning content and we are so grateful for her!! We would highly recommend her. The review is specifically for Your Day as a company. We used Your Day Videography for our wedding in August and had disappointing service to say the least. The communication was terrible. I had to contact them to get updates about timeline, process and to check they were even booked considering they ghosted us the whole time and didn’t tell us who our videographer would be. They gave a timeline saying they would contact us 6 weeks out with a questionnaire (which we did complete) and that someone would then contact closer to our date. I chased them probably 10 times for a response and never got one until a week out. Every call and email would go unanswered and not returned. It honestly caused so much stress leading up to the wedding. I have since emailed to obtain footage of our first dance and bridal entrance however do not anticipate ever receiving a response from them. I would not recommend if you are an organised person and want to be sure week out from the wedding that everything is sorted.
We had a wonderful experience with Your Day Visuals. The staff were happy, relaxed and supportive. We felt very comfortable in what sometimes can feel like an uncomfortable setting, while posing for photos and videos. But they went above and beyond our expectations.
Our photos are beautiful! We didn't think that we would receive so many of them either! Our photographer Lyndall was absolutely amazing and made us feel very relaxed on the day. Highly recommend!
We had both the photography and videography. Both were very professional during the event and you didn’t even realise they were there. Our wedding was at the little Laneway and after the ceremony they took us out to places to get the best shots. They were even open to catching a uber to get to places for the perfect wedding shots. Highly recommend.
