I was struggling to get rid of an elliptical before I moved and reached out to Your Junk Our Trunk and spoke with John and he was able to answer all my questions and schedule my appt! Very professional and friendly! John and partner (sorry didn’t get his name) communicated they were headed to me in 10 mins and came and scooped the elliptical and I was very happy! 10 out of 10 would recommend, and I’d definitely use them again!! I own a rental house that had been occupied for 5 years. The former tennent fell ill and was not able to clear the house. The crew arrived on time and all worked impressively well together. All seemed very happy working for the company. I think that is important. I think that it is also important to mention that John, the owner, was working hand in hand with his employees, he is very hands on. That is what makes a great and successful leader. After removing all of the junk, furniture and carpet, they went above and beyond and cleaned up the scattered debris, leaving the house a blank slate to remodel. I am very happy with the outcome and will use them again, as well as, refer them to my friends with rental houses. Thank you, Your Junk Our Trunk.
Their services were super easy and the company overall is awesome! Very affordable pricing with both the 14/18 yard dumps being $199 (starting price)! Made the call on a Monday afternoon and had the dumpster dropped off Wednesday at location within the allotted timeframe given! Mr.Luis was professional and answered all my questions without fail and had excellent service! 10/10 would recommend to everyone who needs a dumpster that's affordable.
