This was exactly what I needed! The communication with the employees was seamless, I felt like I got exactly what I was promised, the lighting was incredible, the rooms are clean and so cozy/viby! I will be coming back, and highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quick relaxing sauna or spa date, it is the best!
I would give zero stars . Came here one afternoon . There was a paper on the door with a number and doorbell . They told us we had to call and reserve online . Ok so we call the number he still had us standing outside in the cold until we reserved . Buzzed us in to a waiting room . Mind you nobody was there it was no employees working just hot and dusty waiting room . We’re still trying to figure how are we gonna get n the room . But some people walk up guy over the phone says. Can you guys let them in … like we just sat over 5 minutes in the cold they come up and you don’t tell them the same thing ? Whatever … still trying to pay I’m not feeling it I ask him could we just get a refund because we already paid . I did not like the service that was given . He over the phone replied no I can’t give you a refund . So we walk out I tell my boyfriend to just call his bank later. The guy calls him back “I can’t give you a refund “ trying to argue asking my boyfriend “what does he want to do “ he called about 3 times and he had to block the number …
The man at the desk was professional and politely explained everything. He set up my VIP room with candles and rose pedals pretty fast. My wife loved the experience and we would definitely come back.
I loved this place! I knew the reviews going and didn’t expect much but they really impressed me! This place has such bad reviews, i didn’t have that experience there was no mold no moldy smell. Towels were clean didn’t smell. the front lady was very cool and helpful. Able to same day book. Everything was pleasant and just what we wanted. We brought our own epsom salt and were allowed to use it. I had a really good time! I booked the vip room, i didn’t expect a shower but it was nice after the tub.
¡Spa muy relajante y romántico! La atmósfera es calmante desde el segundo en que entras, con una especie de aroma floral. El personal es amable, respondió todas mis preguntas por teléfono y explicó todo en nuestra habitación. El lugar está muy limpio y parecía que limpiaban a fondo TODOS los artículos de vidrio después de cada uso. Pagamos $70 por 60 minutos en una habitación VIP de spa y valió cada centavo. El techo con luces de estrellas, la luz rosa del baño y las luces regulables crean un ambiente muy romántico.
