Nate came over and unclogged our bathtub drain today. He was very pleasant, was very nice to our kids and even said hello to all of our pets. He was fast and professional and very reasonably priced. Would call Zippy 100% next time we need help. 10/10
We have had Zippy out several times with our house being an older home. They truly seem to care about us and the plumbing issues we had. Nate Klippi is wonderful to work with, and he goes above and beyond. He is much appreciated, and I highly recommend using Zippy for any of your plumbing issues!
Very happy with my experience hiring Zippy drain. Seth and Chris were very thorough with diagnosing a drain line break and Chris was just as thorough with the fix ensuring that where they replaced the drain was the only spot with rotted pipe. The customer service was also kind and informative when I called with a bunch of questions prior to hiring them, and also easy to communicate with scheduling. Overall good experience and I will be using them again in the future.
