First time visiting. Not great at bowling though lol, but that's ok, you can put up the bumpers, or use the little roller thingy to help you bowl. Food is just... ok ( buffalo wings, chicken tenders, and chicken wrap not the best). Fries and nachos were the best tasting things we ordered. Portion size for the price, amazing! Drink prices are also very reasonable.( bottled water is a little on the expensive side, alcohol drink prices.. phenomenal) Music was top tier and diverse. atmosphere great! 10/10!!!
Me and a group of friends drove over 20 minutes to get here from the strip district. We walked in and waited ~15 minutes at the bar, we were not served and gave up and left to play games. We paid $88 in total to play laser tag. We then paid $65 to bowl. We went to the bar again and waited another 15 minutes at a dead bar, being clearly ignored. This wasted half of the time which we had paid to bowl. We were all then denied service because the bartender believed that one of us had a fake ID. He would not tell us whose ID he thought was fake and he refused to scan our id’s. Claiming that it was “his bar” and he could “do what he wanted”. The youngest in our group was 22. In total we wasted ~1.5 hours of our time driving to this place and waiting at the bar, as well as >$100 to not be able to drink, which was obviously the main point of going out. Would never return - what’s the point if I have to waste over an hour of me and my friends time driving to get to this venue and waiting at the bar, just to be refused service by a rude, self absorbed bartender. Both my girl and I work in food service and understand the crap service people have to deal with, but our group was orderly and I have truly never been treated worse at a restaurant. We were with a group of 10 people, so killing our sale unnecessarily cost the business ~$300 in alcohol sales and at least $60 in tips. Would not recommend coming here unless you are not a drinker or clearly 40+ y/o.
I hosted my engagement party at Zone 28 and it was SUCH a great experience! I still have friends and family telling me how much fun they had bowling and using the outdoor garden! The food and beverages were delicious. We hosted it in the VIP suite and having the bar there for people to purchase alcohol at their own accord was a hit! If I could host my wedding there too I would! Thank you Zone 28 and the incredible team and staff. Deneen and Alex took great care of my fiancé and I! 😊
Awesome Night Out - VIP Lanes Are the Way to Go! We had a super fun night out with a group of friends from the office. Highly recommend springing for the VIP lanes! They were not crowded at all, and all the equipment and machines were working perfectly, which made for a smooth and enjoyable game. The food and drinks were excellent (much better than typical bowling alley fare!), and the staff was very attentive and friendly. A fantastic spot for a work social or group event. We'll definitely be back!
Our 8yr old picked this place for his birthday party. It was such a hit! The kids loved the Laser tag...well, I loved playing along with the kids too. We went with the package that includes bowling, laser tag and arcade games. We stayed back and played the arcade game for a long time. Overall. The kids had a total blast. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
