The tech that arrived was knowledgeable, reviewed the problem we were having and offered a couple of solutions. He was able to clear our drain. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was cleaned up and wiped down before he left. Also, he was very well mannered and very easy to talk to.

Zoom Drain came out to install my new toilet and had it done in like 20 minutes—seriously, I barely had time to finish my coffee.
