I don't think this Queen Anne location should be called an urgent care- unable to do X-rays or nebulizer treatments. They quoted me $245 for self pay but billed my insurance for over 400.00. I had to go elsewhere for an x-ray and that was an additional 220.00. The PA was nice but this location is nothing but a bait and switch money making scheme.
I usually don’t post any sort of review but I have to should out Alex and Megan at the Queen Anne location. I had two appointments over the span of about 12 hours and I’m usually very anxious at any sort of doctor’s office, but they welcomed me in and I felt like I was leaving having gained two new friends. Thanks for taking care of me.
Fast care, even got taken care of 20 minutes before my appointment time. All of the three working professionals I interacted with were very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was seen by NP Matthew Marble and would recommend. I will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you!
Billed me wrong leading to a $400 charge. My insurance found the mistake but they refused to fix it, claiming they moved to a new system since that visit and couldn't correct it. My insurance said that doesn't make sense and that they should be able to adjust the way they billed it. Terrible company who like most places just wants your money.
Highly recommended. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I went on the website. Check in was quick and easy; I had done all of the pre appointment paperwork online which was also really easy. They take my insurance- hooray! The person at the desk-I’m sorry I don’t remember his name- was quick and courteous. Got into my appointment at about 2 minutes after my ad scheduled time. Whitney, my care provider, was great. Knowledgeable, thorough, and got me my prescription immediately. So nice to have this urgent care service around the corner. This is my first time having to use urgent care and it was excellent.
