We had a dishwasher stop working all of a sudden and had called Zuta to see if they could fix it. The scheduling was very easy and we had Mark as a technician assigned to us. He was very communicative on when he was arriving, he explained everything super thoroughly and came back after parts were ordered with instructions on how to maintain the dishwasher so it wouldn’t break again for the same reason. All in all super friendly and prompt and will definitely call these guys again for any issues!
Cannot recommend Zuta more. They were quick and efficient and got a repair specialist out to our home within 24 hours of my initial call. Bo was so kind and helpful. He really went the extra mile to explain what was going on with our oven. He quickly replaced the part that needed repair and was just absolutely lovely all around. We for sure found our shop for all appliance repair moving forward.
I've relied on Zuta for repairs a couple of times now. As important as the service, which is excellent, their repair people have experience with many brands and have a wealth of information to consider when you need to replace or fix an appliance. They share it graciously and are super customer focused.
Finally, I have found an appliance repair that I can trust. Zuta is competent, efficient & cost effective. Besides being nice people, personable & accommodating, I found them professional, trustworthy & reliable. Alex is up on the latest with all appliances so there is minimum time between a diagnosis and the solution. In addition to being a good problem solver, he is generous with his time & attention, especially in explaining things & offering suggestions on how to get the most out of your appliances & to prolong their service life. Now if I have a problem with an appliance, I know who to call.
Charge was high to my mind. $400+. Or more precisely per AI “…cost to replace a heating element in a dryer is $150 to $350 on average.” Repairman very nice. Zuta responded very fast (next day after contacting them after 5pm).
