Brad came last minute on a Sat night to fix my toilet that was overflowing. He was amazing. Super knowledgeable and definitely friendly considering the last minute call. No longer broken, running or overflowing.

Totally professional quality work and done when stated for a reasonable price. New water heater and water treatment system installed today and totally satisfied. Brad the plumber gave us an estimate and he came back and installed the job which was great to have the same guy both bid and do the work. I have had One Tom plumbing do all my work over the past 2 years and they are fantastic.
We have used Tom Plumber several times in the past and have been very pleased. Their technicians truly go above and beyond to diagnose, repair, and communicate. It was the best experience Ive ever had with a plumbing company. However, we did have an incident with a technician that came out last week for an emergency clogged drain that flooded our basement. After working on our drain in the basement, he came to our front door and told us what he thought the issue was and wished us a good night. I went down to the basement 2 hours later to find our basement door to the outside completely open!!! (He had been going in and out of that door to do his maintenance). Not only that, but he didn't put either drain cover back on leaving a very dangerous situation for our small child. There was mud all over the wall and splatted all over our guest bed from when he was drilling. If he had communicated to us before drilling we could have easily moved the guest bed out of the room our covered it with a tarp. I understand that maybe he didn't realize it was going to cause a mess, but he should have given us a heads up once it did. He left the mud splatter from the drilling all over the wall, instead of wiping it off. The mud on the floor in the photos is from the original flood, not from his drilling, so I was fine with cleaning that up. Tom Plumber did reach out to me after leaving my original 2 star review. I've changed it to 4 stars because this has been our only bad experience with them.
