We used 1 Tom Plumbing for the first time this week on a major repair/replacement project. Just wanted to comment on how pleased we are with their completed work. Their repair team was extremely easy to work with and kept us informed of the progress along the way and their clean up work was commendable. Very competitive rates. Great experience with 1Tom Plumber. Scheduling was easy, they showed up right on time, and the technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. Our kitchen drain issue was fixed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
The best company! We smelled a gas leak coming from our fireplace spreading around our house. Called Brent and he immediately had Tanner his tech come out to assess the situation. He had to turn our gas off for the night and he came back first thing in the morning to fix the pipe leak. They were all so nice, patient and explained everything they were doing. They were super fast and thorough. Can’t compliment them enough!
This is my 2nd time using 1-Tom. I have liked them both times. They have cleared out my pipes from being backed up, dug a clean out, and now, this time, installed a new water heater. They are quick to come out and friendly.
Highly recommend! Was able to call and have them come out the same day to put in a new water heater and valves. Matt was very polite, friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain things to me in a way I understood and made me feel confident in what they were doing. We were taken care of and able to turn out water back and on keep going with our day. Thank you, Matt!
