The Service tech was able to get to the property within an hour and a half of the service call being placed for an after hours call. He texted 15 minutes prior to arrival and was able to solve the problem in just over an hour, including the time it took to get apart from the store. A stem for the hot water had broken on our shower. The water would not shut off and would’ve had to run full blast overnight if they had not been able to do the repair that evening. I’m grateful for the quick and professional after hours service call.
