Chris came out and fixed an issue that a prior Air Duct Cleaning company messed up; and within 5 minutes of being there he was able to address the issue and get our AC up and running (on a Friday at 5 nonetheless). Chris waived the service call fee, which really meant a lot to my wife and I. We have used 1st class before and will continue to do so going forward, thank you again Chris and thank you 1st Class Heat & Air!

We’re long time customers of 1st Class Heat & Air. Chris M - our technician diagnosed the issue with our AC unit quickly and explained in details. He answered all our questions. He wasn’t trying to oversell anything for us and also checked up whole our system and gave us a couple of good pieces of advice. We definitely will be using this company again.

Wonderful service. Upstairs AC stopped working and they were at my house within 30 minutes of me calling them. Art was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem within minutes. I had a previous company come out a month prior due to the same problem and they didn't know what the issue was, somehow got my AC working and told me it was a fluke that my AC shut off. Art solved my issue and educated us on how to avoid that in the future. Fair price and great service. Will definitely be our go to guys in the future! Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with this company. Our upstairs A/C unit stopped working. James came out quickly and provided us with a fair price. He was kind and very professional. He even came back the same day when we informed him the upstairs unit wasn’t cooling and made some adjustments. If you are looking for a company that is honest, affordable and reliable, this is the business to use. Highly recommended

True to their name, we got absolute 1st Class service!! We called them just after 5pm on a Friday to get our 3rd quote to replace our two AC units. We talked with Randy and he answered all our questions, was very helpful, honest and easy to talk with. Was able to provide a quote over the phone and even though it was Friday evening, he sent someone out to walk us through everything. Aaron arrived shortly after and was super helpful, friendly, and easy to talk with. We settled everything, and they were able to get two crews to come out the following morning on Saturday. All the technicians were great, friendly and hard working. With 2 dogs in the house and 3 young kids, the technicians were very friendly. They replaced both units all in one day. Super happy with 1st Class, the customer service, promptness, pricing, and overall experience. Would definitely recommend!
