Roy and Olen were excellent in there customer service, knowledge, and kindness. They were prompt, clean, and professional. They all around did a great job. Will be recommending them to others and giving them a call anytime I need another service. Thank you for the hard and excellent work.
Thank you so much for your speedy repair. Our technician was knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job of breaking down the terminology so that I could understand what the issue was and what repair he was able to offer. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
Recently purchased a home and knew I needed plumbing repairs. Called an inferior service which clearly wanted to do the minimal amount of work for maximum cost. Then I called 1st Home the same day and Andres was the following day (right on time). We walked the property and reviewed each of the issues and discussed options for solving them. Andres provided detailed quotes on each item without pressuring me into anything that wasn’t needed. I’m no expert but pricing seemed very reasonable. And when it came to service, Andres and Olen arrived the following morning and got everything done quickly and thoroughly. Sink faucet and toilets look (and work) great. The new water heater is a work of art. When they finished the work, they were sure to walk me through the property and show me all the things they did, test functionality and talk about things to keep an eye on in the future. Really great experience with 1st Home. All my problems fixed in less than 48 hours!
Olen and Roy did an excellent job fixing my sink. We have had 2 other plumbing companies out to look at it in the past and neither of them compared to the 5 star service and repair I received today! They were both very professional and efficient. They talked us through the repair at every step of the way and were very transparent. I highly recommend them. I will use them for all my future plumbing repairs and you should too!!
